MEET THE TEAM
The National Registry team has experienced a few updates this year. Meet our leadership and Registry management team.
Amy Tongate, Director, Compliance Services – Amy is responsible for the Accountancy Licensee Database (ALD), the Accountancy Licensing Library (ALL), CPAmobility, the CPE Audit Service platform, the Rules Engine Service application and the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. She joined NASBA in December 2007 as a CPE tracking account manager. Amy assumed her current role in August 2024.
Erin Scruggs, Associate Director, National Registry – Erin has been with NASBA since December 2013, joining the team as CPE tracking account manager. Prior to accepting her current role in August 2024, she held the role of senior manager, CPE Audit Service and Accountancy Licensing Library (ALL). Erin oversees the daily operations of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
Rich Easter, Senior Manager, National Registry – As senior manager, Rich ensures continuing professional education programs, across all delivery methods, are high quality and adhere to established standards. He has over 14 years of experience as a training developer and course delivery with the Department of Defense. Rich joined the NASBA team at the end of 2025.
Karen Mourcy, Compliance Auditor, National Registry- Karen has been with NASBA since January 2020; spending five of those years as an account manager with the National Registry. In her role as compliance auditor, Karen oversees the desk audit process to ensure sponsors maintain compliance with the Statement on Standards.
