Application Review Times Improve Significantly
Over the past year, the NASBA Registry Team has been hard at work streamlining the application review process for both Initial and Additional Delivery Method Applications. In August 2024, sponsors experienced wait times extending multiple months before an account manager could begin the review of their application. Thanks to focused process improvements, enhanced communication, and better workflow management, review times have been dramatically reduced.
Today, sponsors are seeing initial reviews occur in less than 20 days—a significant improvement that reflects NASBA’s continued commitment to providing timely, high-quality service to our stakeholders. The Registry Team’s goal is to make the application process more efficient, transparent, and predictable, ensuring sponsors can deliver continuing professional education without unnecessary delays.
If your organization has been considering applying for an additional delivery method, now is an excellent time to move forward. With shorter processing times and ongoing improvements anticipated throughout October and November, sponsors can expect a smoother experience from submission to approval. The NASBA Registry Team appreciates the patience and partnership of our sponsors as we continue to enhance our processes to better serve the profession.
