2026 National Registry Summit - Details

Conference: You may cancel without penalty if your cancellation request is received up to and including 30 days prior to the start of the conference. A refund less 50% of the registration fee will be issued for requests received up to and including 14 days prior to the start of the conference. No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 14 days prior to the start of the event.

Terms

• Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the National Registry Summit meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to permit NASBA's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
• In the rare occurrence that the event would be cancelled for any unforeseen reason, registrants will receive a full refund of registration fees within 30 days.

Reservation Deadline:  On or before August 21, 2026. Reservations requests received after 11:59 PM Pacific time on August 21,2026 will be at the Hotel's then current available rate.

Rate: $349 plus taxes and fees per night. 

Room rates include a Destination Fee of $35.00 plus tax (discounted to $20.00), currently 16.75% per room per night. This fee covers several amenities, including:

• Daily $10.00 food and beverage credit
• Daily Nashville Barrel Company - Experience Whiskey from the Barrel for two guests
• Daily instructor led Pvolve workouts at the Pvolve Fitness Studio for two guests
• Daily Keepsake from our Rooftop for two guests. Take home 3 logoed pictures from our photo booth in PROOF, our rooftop bar
• Daily enhanced high-speed internet access

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit. Depending on how reservations are made, you may not be able to cancel or be refunded for the reservation. Be sure to confirm this information with the hotel before completing your transaction. 

• Check-In at 4:00 PM Central Time and Check-Out at 11:00 AM Central Time.
• Valet parking - $65/night plus tax (total approximately $71). Vehicles are accessible any time. There are security and cameras 24 hours. Valet parking is under the hotel. No self-parking.
