2025 National Registry Summit - Details

Summit Dates: September 16-17, 2025

In-person registration fee: $900

This fee includes all sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday and meals/reception listed on the agenda.

Early bird in-person registration fee: $860

Early Bird Registration for All Attendees: Register by August 15, 2025 for a discounted registration fee.

Virtual registration fee: $860

Early bird virtual registration fee: $760

Registration will be open until the maximum registrations are met.

The deadline to receive a full refund for your conference registration, without incurring a penalty fee, is 12:00 pm Central Time on September 5, 2025. Requests received after the September 5th deadline will be charged a $250 cancellation fee.

No refund will be issued to no-shows or cancellations after 12:00 pm Central Time on September 15, 2025.

Terms

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the National Registry Summit meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to permit NASBA's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
In the rare occurrence that the event would be cancelled for any unforeseen reason, registrants will receive a full refund of registration fees within 30 days.

Two theme parks are just a short walk away from the Marriott. You can enjoy the Disneyland California Adventure Park and the original Disneyland Park, both with beloved family attractions!

Reservation Deadline: On or before August 22, 2025. Reservations requests received after 11:59 PM Pacific time on August 22, 2025 will be at the Hotel's then current available rate.

Rate: $269 average nightly rate plus taxes and fees.

The JW Marriott has valet parking for $69 USD daily.
The JW Marriott sits over the Anaheim Garden Walk which has self-parking available. This is not regulated by the hotel but is conveniently located. If you choose to park here, take the elevator to the 4th floor to access the hotel.
