2022 National Registry Summit - Details

Summit Dates: September 20-21, 2022

Registration fee: $859 (For in-person attendees, this fee includes all sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday and meals/reception listed on the agenda. This year, we are offering a virtual option to a limited number of attendees for the same registration fee.)

Early Bird Registration for All Attendees: Register by August 22, 2022 for a discounted registration fee of $775.

Group Discount: For organizations bringing more than one attendee, we are offering a discounted registration fee of $775 per attendee. If registering after August 22, 2022, please contact us at cpe@nasba.org at for the discount code to be applied during the registration process.

Registration will be open until the maximum registrations are met.

Vaccination Requirement

As NASBA and the National Registry continue to place the safety of its clients, staff and friends in the accounting and learning communities at the forefront, in-person attendance at NASBA National Registry meetings will be limited to registrants with full COVID-19 vaccination status*.

* The CDC defines “fully vaccinated” as a person who has received their primary series of COVID-19 vaccines.

The deadline to receive a full refund for your registration, without incurring a penalty fee, is 12:00 pm Central Time on September 6, 2022. Requests received after the September 6 deadline will be charged a $250 cancellation fee.

No refund will be issued to no-shows or cancellations after 12:00 pm Central Time on September 19, 2022.

Terms

• Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the National Registry Summit meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to permit NASBA's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
• In the rare occurrence that the event would be cancelled for any unforeseen reason, registrants will receive a full refund of registration fees within 30 days.

This year’s National Registry Summit will be held at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel at 2100 West End Avenue, Nashville, TN 37203

Reservation Deadline:  On or before August 29, 2022. Reservations requests received after 5:00 PM local time at the Hotel on the Cut Off Date may be accepted based on space and rate availability.

Rate:  $269 average nightly rate plus taxes and fees. If you want more time to explore Music City, this rate is valid 3 days before and 3 days after the 2022 Registry Summit, subject to hotel availability.

There is a credit card required for reservations. Reservations must be cancelled by 4:00 PM Central Time 48 hours prior to reservation arrival date to avoid a one-night plus tax fee.
