To us, succession management is all about organizational development and creating a strong organizational infrastructure.
Succession Institute has launched the SI Practice Management Resource Center (LMS at https://prosperitylms6.com/req/successioninstitute/SuccessionInstitute_student/index.cfm.) We have online QAS self-study courses available through this LMS available for CPE credit. We are continuing to routinely populate the site with courses for CPAs, on topics such as Succession, Practice Management, Most Trusted Business Advisor, Leadership, Owner/Partner Agreements and more. While each course contains some video, a number of them are all video, with the materials covered based on the books and articles Bill Reeb, CPA, CITP, CGMA, and Dom Cingoranelli, CPA, CGMA, CMC®, have published to the CPA profession over the past 20 years.
Courses run from 1 hour to 24 hours of CPE credit in length. You will also be able to bundle courses together to improve your pricing by contacting us.
