Multistate Tax Commission

The Multistate Tax Commission (MTC), an intergovernmental state tax agency, was created in 1967 to work on behalf of states and taxpayers to promote fair and efficient administration of state tax laws that apply to multistate and multinational enterprises. MTC courses include legal, sampling, audit, technology and other subjects that enhance the knowledge and practical skills of state tax personnel. Many of these courses are open to private sector tax professionals.
