The Georgia Association of Public Plan Trustees® (GAPPT®) was established as a nonprofit organization solely dedicated to promoting education for public retirement system fiduciaries. We believe "an educated fiduciary is an effective fiduciary™". 

The GAPPT hosts two educational events annually. In addition to our Certified Retirement Plan Fiduciary™ curriculum, the GAPPT offers various educational programming with topics pertinent to public retirement plan trustees and plan staff members.

The GAPPT is also accredited by the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and offers IACET CEUs for its learning events that comply with the ANSI/IACET Continuing Education and Training Standard. IACET is recognized internationally as a standard development organization and accrediting body that promotes the quality of continuing education and training.
