Delta Vega Inc.
The Financial Engineering Nearest Neighbors (FENN) division of Delta Vega, Inc. provides CPAs with courses with a deeper understanding of the quants and more technical staff that they work with. Attendees enjoy live, onsite, in person training, spurring collaboration, consensus, and mutual understanding. This is continuing education that is thought provoking, that probes fundamental topics in finance, but also provides NASBA-approved CPE credits for participation.
Engagement in a classroom with a live instructor is by far the best way to learn, more focused, effective, and long lasting than online formats.
Because it comes from the perspective of actual experienced financial engineers, FENN affords unique perspectives. It tackles topics beyond garden variety offerings of other providers, instead delving into leading edge topics such as crypto, climate change, and AI. And FENN incorporates a dynamic curriculum, with courses added when demanded, and enhanced to keep pace with changing economic and financial conditions.
FENN training is provided live and onsite to any number of CPAs for a fixed price. The courses can be scheduled either as half-day or full day affairs. A half day is a four-hour encounter in which one FENN course can be presented. For a full day, FENN can provide either two sessions of the same course (four hours each) or two different courses.
Each course consists of a single topic divided into three one-hour elements. The elements each carry one CPE credit, so that passing the course provides three credits. Certificates are provided to all who pass the courses.
