The annual renewal for approved members of the National Registry will be due each year on the first day of the month in which your organization was initially approved. The renewal application link will be sent via email to your organization’s main contact one month prior to the renewal due date. This email will come from a no-reply@salesforce.com address with the subject line of “National Registry Annual Renewal Application." Some mail client security features may reject this address, so make sure you are able to accept messages from this address.
In order for your organization to remain active on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors you must maintain continued compliance with the Standards for CPE Programs and complete the Annual Renewal Application by the required deadline. Failure to submit the renewal application and fee by the renewal date will trigger the assessment of a late fee penalty of 50% of the annual renewal fee.
Once approved for the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, organizations must renew their membership annually by the first of the month of their initial approval date. The renewal fees are determined by the total number of different programs offered by the organization for the following approved instructional delivery methods: Group Live, Group Internet Based, QAS Self Study and Blended Learning.

- 26 – 50 different programs - $1,820
- 51 – 100 different programs - $2,907
- 101 – 250 different programs - $3,588
- 251 – 500 different programs - $4,342
- 501 – 1000 different programs - $4,940
- 1001+ different programs - $5,980
Nano Learning Supplemental Fee
If Nano Learning is the ONLY approved delivery method for sponsor: Renewal is flat rate of $910. Otherwise, the renewal of Nano learning is $572 in addition to the renewal fee based on the number of programs offering level.
If your renewal application is not submitted by the first day of the renewal month, your organization will be assessed a 50% late fee.
