This program will discuss gifts of real estate and features one main speaker, Bryan Kirk of Fiduciary Trust International. Bryan will discuss the “who-what-when-where-why-and how” types of questions, such as, what types of clients make good candidates for these types of gifts, the types of charitable vehicles one can use, and whether to give outright vs. give in trust. Bryan will also discuss administration of gifts of real estate and investment of the proceeds post sale including drafting effective investment policy statements. After the presentation there will be a Q&A for 5-10 minutes.
