This course aims is to build project practitioners competences through preparing them for the globally recognized certification of project management professional (PMP). Also, participants will fully understand the exam requirements, specifications of exam content and practice many mock exam questions. Additionally, participants will be able to manage their projects using project management institute (PMI) methodologies which includes recommended process groups and knowledge areas.
