Participants will learn to use the Six Sigma DMAIC model in improving their processes. Participants will engage with Lean tools and techniques (process mapping, root cause and failure analysis, etc) to facilitate meaningful change to their business process(es).   New tools and resources will be created and a process control document developed along with an implementation roadmap.
