Leveraging the Strengths of Five Generations

The workplace is now home to five generations, each with its own unique perspective on work, values, and communication. Being able to build and lead a multi-generational team has become absolutely crucial for success in our ever-changing, globalized workplace.

This interactive workshop will explore the dynamics and strategies of leading and building this diverse workforce. We will discuss how to leverage differences, find common ground, and celebrate the strengths of a multi-generational team.
