This course is part of PSI's Inside the Industry: Financial Services Curriculum, and introduces the retail banking segment of the financial services industry, including customer needs met by retail banks, different types of banks and other retail banking institutions, retail banking products and services, retail banking delivery channels, risk management in retail banking and how retail banks make money.
