Please join the New England –USA IFA region for a webinar on the new K-2/K-3 schedules that will expand partnership tax reporting of international tax items for partnership tax years that begin in 2021. On July 14, 2020, the IRS released drafts of Form 1065, Schedules K-2 and K-3 and the associated instructions, and requested public comments. Final schedules were released in 2021. This webinar panel will:

• Review the new schedules in detail.
• Describe the objectives and reasoning for reporting on the new forms.
• Discuss technical issues under the new rules, with particular attention to added complexity for asset managers and investment funds.
