The GFEBS Unmatched Transactions Overview course is designed to provide DFAS personnel with the information required to recognize and research UMTs, both Unmatched Disbursements (UMDs) and Unmatched Collections (UMCs), in GFEBS for each of six functional areas: Travel, Vendor Pay, Interfund, Civilian Pay Labor, Receivables, and Reimbursables.  For each area, the course describes the process flow, means of identifying UMTs, major UMT causes, external systems used for research, and process for resolution.
