DRIVE Program
Course Description / Overview
Drive is a 16-hour accelerator program designed to equip internal audit professionals with the core competencies and confidence to embed data analytics into every phase of their audit work. Rather than focusing on any single software tool, the curriculum emphasizes data literacy, analytics design, execution, and interpretation in a manner that is agnostic to tool or platform. You’ll learn how to ideate and build meaningful, risk-based analytics; troubleshoot data challenges; and transition from ad hoc, point-in-time testing toward a more continuous, insight-driven audit approach.
Through a combination of instructor-led presentations, cohort workshops, and peer discussions, participants emerge ready to lead analytics efforts in their audit engagements — not as optional add-ons, but as integral, high-value audit components.
