Offered via KPMG Executive Education, COSO 2013: The Framework for Internal Control begins by giving participants an overview of the updates and clarifications made to the 1992 Framework. Using practical, hands-on case studies, participants will then gain a more detailed understanding of the updates as they impact each of the five components of the Framework, which can be used to assess their own systems of internal control.
