This all day course will provide the learner with the foundations of skills, frameworks and methodologies used by consultants. It will cover topics ranging from SWOT analysis to LEAN Six Sigma, and will also emphasize the importance of soft skills including communication and project management.

Participants will:

• Understand the most commonly used problem identification and solving frameworks used by consultants
