This course meets the ethics CPE requirement for Vermont. Ethics for Accountants: Vermont covers ethics in the accounting profession and the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct (with examples and case studies). The Vermont Board of Public Accountancy Code of Professional Conduct is included in the Appendix, with cross references to the AICPA Code.
