In this last minute before tax season starts, I want to remind you that Congress has not passed any major legislation (yet) affecting 2022 returns. A few things occurred in late 2022 that we discussed in our 2022 1040 classes, but nothing major has occurred. Nevertheless. There are a number of compliance and preparation reminders that I will discuss.
